We enrich our meatloaf with luxurious and fresh ingredients, based on an age-old family recipe. Although meatloaf is popular in oven dishes and as a recipe ingredient, at Compaxo it is shaped as a slice pale or as meatballs, and cooked by grilling the products. Before it is grilled, we ensure that the product is cooked to 70°C. By subsequently grilling it, it gets its full, reddish-brown color and crispy crust.
