Roast mince is a versatile meat product made from finely ground and seasoned meat used as a sandwich filling.

Originally from the Netherlands, minced meat is made from lean beef and pork, chaps and lard.

Minced meat is ground meat made from pork and/or beef. We offer both roasted and grilled minced meat.

Adding flavours, such as Italian herbs or Asian spices is possible. Minced Sate and Pain de Provence are two examples of good rotating items within our range. Moreover, different models can be discussed, such as can models and round models. Finally, it is possible to buy roast minced meat as a cutting post, bulk piece and sliced.

Minced meat is delicious for on bread, a cracker or in a casserole.
In the old days, when all butchers butchered their own meat, leftover meat was sold as minced meat on Wednesdays. That is why it is sometimes referred to as ‘Wednesday mince day’. Moreover, on the third Wednesday of May in the Netherlands, the House of Representatives evaluates the government’s financial management. Since minced meat is seen as relatively affordable, this third Wednesday of May in particular is known as ‘Wednesday mince day’.
